Handyman Scope of Work
HANDYMAN SERVICES
What We Do (Core Services)
Minor Plumbing
Faucet replacements (kitchen/bath), under-sink plumbing (drains and supply lines), toilet repairs, fixture swaps, and the 14-point safety inspection.
Electrical Improvements & Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting minor issues, replacing standard switches with dimmers, installing ceiling fans, adding recessed lighting, and upgrading to GFCI outlets.
Carpentry & Mounting
TV mounting, shelving, door/hardware adjustments, and custom odd jobs.
Specialized Projects & Vetted Subcontractor Network
Complex scopes (comprehensive drywall repair, texturing, professional interior painting, flooring, and tiling) are executed via a trusted network of independent trade specialists.
These subcontractors have been hand-vetted and partnered with for 8 to 9 years based on strict standards for punctuality, cleanliness, and craftsmanship.
Professional Boundary: To uphold business reputation and protect professional relationships, subcontractor contact details are managed internally rather than handed out directly to third parties. A 25% management markup applies.
What We Do NOT Do (Strict Exclusions)
Roofing & Gutters
Completely excluded. Insurance does not cover roof work, and operations are limited to single-story ranch profiles. No roof access or gutter cleaning.
Major Electrical Overhauls
No electrical panel replacements or heavy permitted upgrades (handled by licensed master electricians in the network; handyman scope stops at troubleshooting and fixture-level swaps).
Appliance & Swamp Cooler Servicing
No mechanical appliance repairs or swamp cooler maintenance.
Micro-Jobs Under $200
Excluded by the minimum project scope rule.
